Research IT has a new logo, and stickers to raise the group’s profile among those who contemplate the backs of laptop lids in labs, libraries, and meeting rooms across the Berkeley campus. The team’s own application programmer and experienced graphic designer Amy Wieliczka led a group effort to develop and refine a graphic that clearly communicates the unit’s core mission: to advance research through IT innovation.

Partners, journalists, and others who are looking for digital representations of the new logo in variations and formats appropriate for print can contact Research IT. For web publication against a dark background, please link to the PNG transparency on the Research IT web site. The logo will gradually be incorporated into the unit’s printed material, slide decks, and other publications.
